Adds WaveSink (us.echo.wavesink), a native OpenAction plugin for controlling the WaveSink PipeWire mixer on Linux.

Release: v1.1.0, distributed as us.echo.wavesink.sdPlugin.zip.

Actions: Input (fader or a single mix send), Mix, Route, Solo and Profile, with live meters on Stream Deck+ dials. Touching an Input or Mix dial resets its level to a configurable 0–100% value (default 100%); users can choose touch-to-mute instead. Knob presses toggle mute. Communication uses a local Unix socket.

Manifest name and author match the catalogue; description matches the repository. Entry sits in the native OpenAction section, sorted by repository URL. Repository has the openaction topic and GPL-3.0-or-later license. Included icon matches the plugin manifest. AI assistance is declared with "ai_assisted": true.

Validation: 10 Rust tests, formatting, and Clippy pass. OpenDeck 2.14.1 installed locally; plugin starts and connects to WaveSink.
